Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy
For ALL appointments, a 3-day (72-hour) notice is required regardless of the reason. For all follow up appointments, a 3-day (72-hour) notice is required regardless of the reason.
Unfortunately, I have experienced too many reschedules and cancellations without enough notice. This is unfair to me, my family, and all my other clients who need to see me.
If you need to reschedule or cancel inside that 72-hour window, my assistant will try her best to fill that spot. If she is able to fill that spot - no harm, no foul and you will not be charged.
However, if I am unable to do so, the session will be considered “taken” and you will not be eligible for a refund.
If, at any time I am unable to fulfill our appointment, you have the option of rescheduling it to another day or you can ask for a full refund.
